Mona Lisa's smile

Mona Lisa's smile has repeatedly been a subject of many—greatly varying—interpretations. Some have described the smile as both innocent and inviting. Many researchers have tried to explain why the smile is seen so differently by people. The explanations range from scientific theories about human vision to curious supposition about Mona Lisa's identity and feelings. Professor Margaret Livingstone of Harvard University has argued that the smile is mostly drawn in low spatial frequencies, and so can best be seen from a distance or with one's peripheral vision. Thus, for example, the smile appears more striking when looking at the portrait's eyes than when looking at the mouth itself. Christopher Tyler and Leonid Kontsevich of the Smith-Kettlewell Institute in San Francisco believe that the changing nature of the smile is caused by variable levels of random noise in the human visual system. Dina Goldin, Adjunct Professor at Brown University, has argued that the secret is in the dynamic position of Mona Lisa's facial muscles, where our mind's eye unconsciously extends her smile; the result is an unusual dynamicity to the face that invokes subtle yet strong emotions in the viewer of the painting.
In late 2005, Dutch researchers from the University of Amsterdam ran the painting's image through "emotion recognition" computer software developed in collaboration with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The technology demonstration found the smile to be 83% happy, 9% disgusted, 6% fearful, 2% angry, less than 1% neutral, and 0% surprised.
I was really amazed with this theory about Mona Lisa's smile.  This theory made me believe that the painting was the famous painting of all times. For only a smile they are brainstorming and even formulated theories. I was like to laugh about what are the professors and researchers are doing. It's like a waste of time to observe and test the painting's smile.

A talk with a Famous Woman

"You are my strength when I was weak, You are my voice when I couldn't speak, You are my eyes when I couldn't see, Youu------". I was listening to the radio that Sunday morning seating on a bench when someone just talked to me. I am not really paying attention but suddenly I heard that familiar voice. When I looked at her, I was starstruck with her height and her complexion also with her eyes and beauty. "Can I seat here?" She said. "Uh, Yes... of course" I said. Honestly I can't speak because I am nervous and conscious with my grammar , She's a famous star and a Canadian. "Let's roam in this park" she said. I can't help it but I joined her. She was a very kind personality. "I am the youngest of the 14 siblings" she said. "Oh, really? , I'm the eldest of us 2" I said. "Let's go to a studio and I'll teach you how to sing" she said. "No, I really dunno how to sing" I said. "I'll teach you..Let's go!"
On that studio she teach me how to sing with a piano as my guide for the pitch. I've really learn a lot with her. "Let's record our duet" she said. I am really excited to sing with her even though my voice is ugggghhhh........ :))... Then that's what we did.

You're My Science Boy

My Dearest David Kenneth Eborda Aguaran,

Hi hal! It's sunday and I really miss you...Uhm.... :).. I'm speechless.. I cannot express my feelings verbally but I hope you can feel it. Honestly I don't know where will I start. I think I've said all the sweet words I can tell through SMS. Hope you like this letter.

I wished to gift you something and wanted to see the

twinkle in your eye when you received it. I wanted

to hold you close and tell how much you mean to me,

I wanted to look into your eyes and see if you really

cared for me, I wanted to hug you tight and feel

secured, but then there is this distance between us

which restricts me from doing all these

It has been a long time since my sense has exchanged messages with my brain to write a letter to you. You are present in all the four chambers of my heart and your warm voice to keep my ear-drum vibrating like a tunning fork.
I fell in love with you the moment I looked into your eyes, but I was so afraid of letting you in and being hurt again. I’m so glad you didn’t give up. I cannot imagine what my life would be without you.
Your personality attracts me like a centripetal force but the medulla oblongata of my brain compels me to convert this centripetal force in centrifugal force. I revolve around your house like an electron in its orbit. Whenever I see your father a wave of fear having simple harmonic motion passes through my vertebral column and my heartbeats are reduced to one half of the original. At the moment a love covalent bond exist between us but in future I hope it will change into an Ionic bond.
For every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction. Therefore, I hope you also love me with the same magnitude of the love that I love you with.

I see couples fight here who stay together and yet not

realize what they have. I do, because you are far

from me and only I know that I would be ready to kill

to just be with you. Just wanted to let you know that

you are special and not because I love you but

because you are a special human being, even without

me

YOU'RE MY ONE AND ONLY SCIENCE BOY

YOUR  COMMANDER,

FRANZ NICOLE PRODIGALIDAD DOLORITO :))

I LOVE YOU SO MUCH ! <3

My teacher My hero

My Teacher My Hero

Everyone of us can be considered as a hero. Not only in the way of loosing lives. We are being hero everyday even every time. Like Dr. Jose Rizal, in a very quiet and simple way, He became a hero. Now, we can compare the important persons to our National Hero that are part of our lives being here as a science scholar.
Mrs. Summerline Gotiza, she was my pre-school teacher. She is very patient to me because I'm very naughty when I was. I'm in nursery when she began the chapter of my life including herself. She was my inspiration when I am writing the ugliest lines in the room because of my very simple reason, it's the way how she hold a pencil. I am imitating even the way she spoke and her posture. Obviously, I cant because she's fat and I am thin. The good memories are still fresh to my mind. She was the one who build me up into a grown up Grade student and also my inspiration until now.
Being a teacher is not easy. Even though you're a single lady, You are likely to have many children. But being an inspiration is a privileged to them. If I will be a teacher someday, I'll make sure that I'll have an impact to my students life. So I can say.. "My teacher My hero"

To Be or Not To Be

To be or not To be, That is the question
Decision is in your hands
In every direction
Whether good or not there's no turning back

To be or not To be
We are free
To positive or negative
There's always a choice

To be or not To be
Is it you and me?
Right or wrong
We need to be strong

COMEDY OF ERRORS

After the Romeo and Juliet was studied another piece of William Shakespeare was presented the "Comedy Of Errors".

It was also a good piece of William Shakespeare. The play is all about the two separated twins. The Antipholus of Syracuse and Ephesus and the Dromio of Syracuse and Ephesus.

This play is quite confusing because of the complicated story,  the same characteristics and also the same names. But this has the good story and good ending.
